Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MyIQChecker (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to take the test. Users under 18 require parental consent.

3. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Notify us immediately at security@myiqchecker.com if you suspect compromise.
• One person per account. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Honest Use

Test items are calibrated against population responses. By taking the test you agree to (a) work alone, (b) not use external aids unless explicitly permitted, and (c) not record, copy, or distribute test items.

5. Credits & Payment

• Credits unlock full reports. Each test attempt consumes one credit.
• Credits never expire while in your account or organization pool.
• Organization-pool reservations expire after 8 days and return to the pool.

6. Intellectual Property

All test items, algorithms, and report templates are owned by MyIQChecker. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view your own report.

7. Reports & Use of Score

IQ is one signal. Reports are provided for informational and self-development purposes. They are not a substitute for clinical or professional assessment.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract test items.
• Do not probe, scan, or stress-test the platform without authorization.
• Do not deliver illegal, defamatory, or harassing content via the Service.
• Do not resell or sublicense access without a written commercial agreement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits associated with a terminated account due to violation are forfeited.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice and email at least 14 days before taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
