Quick summary
- Unused credits: refundable within 30 days, minus processor fees (~3%).
- Consumed credits: not refundable, since the report has been delivered.
- Trial: always free, no refund needed.
- Org pools: unused credits refundable pro-rata; reserved-but-untaken credits return automatically after 8 days.
1. Individual purchases
You may request a refund of any unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Credits consumed (used to unlock a report) are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the non-recoverable processor fee.
2. Organization pools
Pool credits are refundable pro-rata for the unused portion within 90 days of purchase. Reservation credits (one per invited candidate) automatically return to the pool after 8 days if the candidate does not take the test.
3. Failed test or technical issue
If a credit is consumed but the test failed to deliver due to a confirmed platform issue, the credit is restored automatically. Email support@myiqchecker.com with your test ID if you believe a credit was not restored.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@myiqchecker.com with your account email and order ID. Refunds are processed within 7 business days and arrive in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. Accounts with confirmed fraudulent chargebacks are suspended and remaining credits forfeited.
